But in truth, each recognition belongs to every individual who has walked this journey with Jaipur Agro Industries — from our team members and partners to our farmers and clients. Jaipur Agro Industries Ltd and its sister company, MKS Coals, are both run by Mr. Mahesh Kumar Dadwal. Mr. Dadwal is a skilled professional with an MBA from a renowned institution in Hyderabad. He began his career in finance, working for global banks such as Bank of America, Citibank, Union Bank, and the Indian Postal Bank.

Inspired by his drive to be an entrepreneur and his strong desire to support renewable energy, Mr. Dadwal started making biomass briquettes in 2013. These are more cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternatives to coal and firewood. Because he worked hard, was skilled in business, and understood what the market needed, what started with a single machine has evolved into a multi-unit output business.

As the founder of MKS Coals, Mr. Dadwal established a successful biofuel business. He was even more of a leader when he opened a second plant, Jaipur Agro Industries Ltd., which further accelerated production. There are currently four high-tech machinery units in the business. They made a total of ₹51 crore in sales in FY 2022–23. Because he can see problems as chances to make things better, he is a star in the Indian biomass business.

Mrs. Anita Dadwal likes Mr. Dadwal's idea because she is interested in business and has always wanted to be her boss. Mrs. Dadwal became a Bachelor of Business because her family had been in business for a long time. She learned new things and gained new skills that helped her do well in the fast-paced energy business.

Her business sense and knowledge were invaluable in the start-up of Jaipur Agro Industries Ltd and the growth of MKS Coals. She is a valued business partner who prioritizes people and plans in a way that sets her apart from others. Being there for the company ensures that fundamental values, such as honesty, quality, and prioritizing the customer, are upheld at all levels.

Through their work together, Mr. and Mrs. Dadwal have created a heritage based on success, resilience, and longevity, setting new standards for bioenergy production with their brand name "MKS Coals."

Mrs. Seema is a highly skilled and qualified finance professional holding a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). In addition to being a Chartered Accountant, she also possesses a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Commerce, reflecting her strong academic background in finance and accounting.

With over 4 years of hands-on experience in project financing, Mrs. Seema has been instrumental in structuring financial proposals, preparing detailed project reports (DPRs), and coordinating with banks and financial institutions for fund syndication. Her in-depth knowledge of financial modeling, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance enables her to provide well-informed and practical financial solutions for diverse business sectors

Her analytical mindset, commitment to precision, and ability to navigate complex financial frameworks make her a valuable asset in the domain of corporate finance and business advisory.
